Investment Analysis Role

The Investment Analyst role presents an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a property investment and funds management group. This dynamic environment offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of a custom-built fund model and driving its ongoing accuracy and evolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of a custom Excel-based fund model.
  • Review and improve investment models across a portfolio of property funds.
  • Analyse financial data and present findings to the Investment Manager and leadership team.
  • Prepare and review development feasibilities and other financial models.
  • Understand and manage the capital stack, including debt and equity interactions across multiple projects.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in funds management, property investment, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modelling and development feasibilities.
  • A sound understanding of fund structures, capital stacks, and debt-equity relationships.
  • Experience with Estate Master or similar software is beneficial but not essential.
