Financial Analyst - Property Investment

This is a dynamic and analytical role where you'll be working closely with the management team to drive investment strategies, identify opportunities, and deliver results.

  • You will conduct thorough financial modeling and analysis to inform investment decisions, supporting the company's growth and expansion in the Australian property market.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for potential investments, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and evaluated.
  • Perform market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, helping the company stay ahead in the competitive real estate investment landscape.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums and presentations for stakeholders, effectively communicating the company's vision and strategy.
  • Support the management of existing portfolios, ensuring that assets are optimized and returns are maximized.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects, fostering strong relationships and driving business outcomes.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in finance, economics or a related field. Junior candidates should have a degree and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, while experienced candidates should have 7-8 years of experience in loan origination and proven leadership abilities.
