Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with the operational delivery of projects in line with client and contractual requirements. This includes working with Project Managers & Senior Project Managers to provide superior team performance for clients in all aspects of project delivery.

The role involves contributing to the project process, particularly in relation to methodology, tendering, processing of payments, consultant management, and site activities. The Assistant Project Manager will also assist in developing and maintaining superior client and key stakeholder relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within the industry
  • Ideally commenced or completed a degree or formal qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Design or Construction
  • End-to-end project oversight and delivery, including project planning, budget management, risk management, issue management, personnel management, client management, commercial issue management, testing management
  • An understanding of the real estate/property industry is desirable
  • Good communication skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all levels of staff
  • Reasonable proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project
