Strategic HR Partner Role

Deliver exceptional human resources support to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR administration and advisory services, with the ability to provide high-quality support to stakeholders and HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent and accurate HR administrative and advisory services across the entire employee life cycle.
  • Support leaders in interpreting industrial instruments, executing policies and procedures, and managing change processes.
  • Administer position management processes, manage fitness for work processes, and assist in the resolution of grievances.
  • Manage a portfolio of diverse stakeholders and ensure compliance with standards and KPI's.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated HR experience (preferably in a HR administration, HR officer or HR consultant position).
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships.
  • High proficiency in technology, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn multiple new systems.
  • Cheerful and flexible, willing to learn, thrive in a collaborative environment.
