Role Overview

This role involves providing consultancy, advisory and transactional services on people management matters. The successful candidate will support the Manager, Human Resources, to deliver strategic HR services, workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.


Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in accordance with legislation.
  • People Strategies: Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive people strategies, policies and practices.
  • Consultancy: Provide expert consultancy and advisory services on people management matters by interpreting relevant legislation.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate the annual performance development and management process, including providing guidance and training.
  • Employment Contracts: Manage and prepare employment contracts.
  • Learning and Development: Lead Corporation-wide learning and development initiatives, including managing the learning management software.
  • Work Health and Safety: Assist in the management of work health and safety requirements and the delivery of change management processes.

Key Performance Indicators: The successful candidate will be measured on their ability to provide excellent HR services, drive business outcomes and improve organisational effectiveness.
