Our organization seeks a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to provide expert guidance and support across various business functions. The ideal candidate will possess broad HR experience, strong consultancy skills, and excellent relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction of top talent while adhering to relevant policies and legislation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, interpreting awards, agreements, and legislation to guide best practice and continuous improvement in performance.
  • Oversee various HR processes, including performance management, employment contracts, and grievances.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of people strategies, policies, and practices that align with organisational goals.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including managing the LMS (ELMO), to develop staff and foster continuous improvement.
  • Prepare briefing notes and reports for various departments and agencies.

  • Broad HR Experience: A solid background in a wide range of HR functions, including workforce planning and developing innovative HR strategies, policies, and systems.
  • Consultancy Skills: A confident HR consultant with a deep knowledge of current HR practices, trends, and relevant legislation.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent at building and maintaining trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Problem-Solver: Highly developed research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a knack for creating innovative HR solutions.
