Senior Cybersecurity Change Management Strategist

Seeking an accomplished senior cybersecurity change manager to lead high-profile transformations for global enterprise organisations. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience in establishing and leading change management practices across large-scale cybersecurity projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead teams of experienced change managers to drive significant change across complex infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
- Leverage best practice change management standards, frameworks and methodologies to establish the change management practice structure.
- Develop bespoke change management strategies, plans, tools and technologies.
- Certifications in Prosci, Prince2 and strong knowledge of change management frameworks including ADKAR.
- Experience in developing relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record in driving change management through project lifecycles, managing risks and providing governance.
