Job Description

This role is centered around driving expertise in privacy, cybersecurity culture change, awareness, and education. The purpose is to enhance the resilience of all staff members and contracted partners to protect against cyber and data incidents caused by human error and behavior.

The key objectives include leading activities to raise resilience, driving the design and delivery of a Cyber Security Culture and awareness program, regularly presenting and educating staff on matters of information security, developing and maintaining a plan and roadmap for the function, running regular phishing campaigns, recommending high-risk staff groups and areas of training needed to address, enhancing and evolving cybersecurity compliance and induction training, reviewing and recommending content to include in compliance/induction training, developing and recommending KPIs and reports to measure the effectiveness of simulated phishing and compliance training, ensuring regular awareness activities are included in the Information Security Governance Calendar, and providing thought leadership on future cyber threats and appropriate staff awareness needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity culture change and awareness principles and practices.
  • 3+ years in Information Security, payments processing or fraud detection.
  • Clear understanding of cyber-threats that aim to exploit human weaknesses in an organization and good practice controls that protect against them.
  • Strong communication style when articulating ideas.
  • Strong presentation and project management skills and ability to influence and receive buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders to drive forward security initiatives.
