This role requires a dynamic professional who can blend supporting and anticipating the needs of key clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth.
The main responsibilities include managing a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for sales enquiries, quotes, and escalations. They will develop lasting relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Proven experience in account management with a track record of success in dealing with significant revenue-based accounts
- Strong commercial acumen, ability to interpret technical information, and work closely with builders, installers, and architects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with the customer service specialist to ensure prompt and accurate service
