We're on the hunt for a driven Business Development Manager who thrives in the field, loves building relationships, and knows how to spot (and close) opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Win New Business - Hunt down new clients and expand our customer base.
  • Grow Existing Accounts - Maximise sales with current customers by offering unbeatable service and support.
  • Hit Targets - Drive revenue and smash monthly sales goals.
  • Collaborate & Conquer - Work closely with our internal sales team, other BDMs and suppliers to unlock growth.
  • Stay Sharp - Keep an eye on the market and competitors to stay ahead of the game.

What You'll Need
  • Sales Track Record - 5+ years in a BDM or external sales role, ideally in wholesale or a related industry.
  • Industry Know-How - Electrical, tools, or hardware experience is a plus—but a quick learner will do just fine.
  • People Skills - Cold calling confidence and long-term relationship chops.
  • Self-Starter - You're hungry, motivated, and can manage your own time on the road.
  • Licence to Drive - You'll need a valid driver's licence for local travel.
  • Right to Work - Must be an Australian or NZ citizen or permanent resident.
