Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily store operations to achieve sales targets and meet customer expectations.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and support.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business results, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Role-model genuine service, creating memorable experiences for customers and setting a positive example for the team.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment, prioritizing employee well-being and adhering to company policies.
  • Take ownership of opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring seamless store operations and meeting customer needs.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking merchandise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for that next step.
  • Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations expertise.
  • Ideal mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
  • Flexibility in availability and a valid driver's license.
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products.
  • Prioritization of safety.
