Job Overview:

We're on the hunt for a highly driven Business Growth Specialist who excels in the field, loves building meaningful relationships and can identify (and capitalize) opportunities.

This is a dynamic, flexible role with minimal office time. You will be responsible for securing new business, expanding existing client bases, hitting revenue targets, collaborating effectively and staying ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Win New Business: Identify and pursue high-value clients to expand our customer base.
  • Grow Existing Accounts: Maximize sales with current customers by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Hit Targets: Drive revenue growth and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with internal teams, BDMs and suppliers to unlock new opportunities.
  • Stay Sharp: Monitor market trends and competitors to stay at the forefront.
Requirements:
  • Sales Track Record: 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in wholesale or a related industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge of electrical, tools or hardware sectors is beneficial but not essential.
  • People Skills: Confidence in cold calling and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Self-Starter: Proven ability to manage time effectively, work independently and drive results.
  • Licence to Drive: A valid driver's licence is required for local travel.
  • Right to Work: Must be an Australian or NZ citizen or permanent resident.
