  • Experience in insurance claims or allied health is highly regarded.
  • A strong customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help others.

  • Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
  • Solid computer literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
