About You:
- Experience in insurance claims or allied health is highly regarded.
- A strong customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help others.
- Resilience and ability to remain composed to support people during vulnerable moments.
- Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent active listening skills and ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
- Solid computer literacy and ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
