Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality mental health care for young people aged 12-24 in a community setting.

About the Position:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic multidisciplinary mental health team and contribute to providing evidence-based care to vulnerable individuals.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual and group therapy services, medication management, and clinical assessments to clients with complex needs.
  • Coordinate comprehensive care planning and case management to ensure optimal outcomes for clients and their families.
  • Provide expert advice and education to stakeholders on mental health issues affecting children and adolescents.
Key Requirements:
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse.
  • Demonstrated full registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
Selection Criteria:
  • A Registered Nurse with significant experience working with children and/or young people with mental health concerns, including those from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and its application to therapeutic interventions with children/young people and their families.
  • Evidence of effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to build strong relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
