Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Manager to lead our Motor Claims team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing car insurance claims from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lodge and process claims for customers' car insurance policies using advanced technology
  • Provide empathetic support to customers affected by natural disasters
  • Manage claims to successful resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Determine liability based on provided information and refer recovery opportunities to partners
  • Accurately assess coverage and make informed decisions on claims
  • Act as an advocate for customers and keep them informed throughout the process

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in motor claim management or lodgement (desirable)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
