Claims and Insurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Claims and Insurance Supervisor to join our team in managing insurance claims, legal proceedings, and a team of Claims Officers.
About the RoleThis is a challenging position that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and motor liability insurance, as well as excellent time management and investigation skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all insurance claims and legal proceedings with appointed insurers.
- Assist with inbound claims processing and payments.
- Supervise a team of 3 National Claims Officers.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to adapt to changing work requirements. They will also possess exceptional leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a warm and welcoming customer care approach.

Requirements- Mandatory qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a major insurance company.
- Proven expertise in logistics and motor liability insurance.
