Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships, and expand opportunities aligned with our mission.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary + commission and super.

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with campaign teams to develop sponsorship packages and compelling value propositions.
  • Oversee contract negotiations for new and renewing partners.
  • Manage untied revenue portfolio (public giving, workplace giving, philanthropy).
  • Manage revenue cash flow, providing forecasting and regular reports to the Executive Team and Board.

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced partnerships professional with strong networks, a commercial mindset, and a passion for sustainability.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A goal-driven, energetic self-starter with at least 5 years' experience in sales, sponsorships, and/or fundraising with demonstrated revenue growth success.
  • Passionate about stakeholder engagement with a proven ability to build strong relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Highly connected across corporate, government, and industry sectors.
  • A strong communicator who can turn complex concepts into compelling partnership opportunities.
  • Quick thinking with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
