**Drive Revenue Growth as a Business Development Representative **
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our business.
**Job Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute plans to create new business pipelines and drive revenue growth
- Engage with new prospects, understand their business needs, and identify opportunities for growth
- Respond to and qualify incoming web inquiries using CRM software
- Be accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve demand-generation strategies
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for making a meaningful impact on business growth
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling
- A phone-first mindset, with the ability to cold call and book meetings daily
- 12 months of lead generation experience in a high-growth SaaS business, preferably with inside sales experience
- A history of consistently exceeding sales targets and goals
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and monitoring tools
- Experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge of the ANZ market is essential
