About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Managing daily operations to maintain high standards of presentation and venue management.
  • Assisting with ticket and retail sales, handling cash transactions, and balancing daily takings accurately.
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors, responding to phone and face-to-face inquiries efficiently.
  • Supporting event setups and providing assistance during events to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Performing delegated administrative tasks to contribute to business success.
  • Participating in business continuity and emergency management activities to guarantee operational resilience.

This role requires the successful applicant to be able to sit and take calls continually throughout the day, answering and resolving customer enquiries in a timely manner in a busy environment.
