HR Strategist: Cultural Enrichment Specialist

This pivotal role focuses on change management and cultural enrichment, driving strategic support and fostering a positive work environment.
As the primary point of contact for all state-based P&C activities, you will collaborate with leadership in the development and execution of the engagement strategy.
- Establish strong partnerships with senior leaders to drive organisational growth and success.
- Offer expert guidance and support on employee relations matters, monitoring employment legislation changes and updating policies accordingly.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience. You should have proven expertise in HR Advisor roles, ideally within high-performance cultures and dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the implementation of governance structures, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Support leadership in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Develop and implement seamless onboarding experiences for new employees, enhancing retention and engagement.
- Facilitate training and development activities, supporting the performance management process.
