The People and Culture Coordinator plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the P&C Specialist and the broader P&C team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various activities to promote employee engagement and effective P&C services at Baptcare.

  • Support the Performance Development Program by entering data, launching performance reviews, troubleshooting, and responding to level 1 queries;">
  • Administer the Engagement Survey Program, including report collation, data integrity checks, and uploads;">
  • Develop and maintain employee quick reference guides, resources, and intranet pages;">
  • Coordinate team meetings, P&C calendar of events, and document administration.">

  • Relevant experience in an administration or coordination role;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders;">
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks;">

  • Ability to work independently and make a positive contribution in a team environment;">
