Job Opportunity: Capability and Diversity Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Capability and Diversity Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our organisational culture through the development and delivery of capability and diversity initiatives.

  • This includes establishing an inclusive workplace culture where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to contribute their best work.
  • You will lead meetings, workshops and briefing sessions to drive capability and diversity initiatives forward.
  • Developing communication collateral to engage and educate internal and external stakeholders on our capability and diversity strategy.
  • Leveraging data analytics to deliver insights and inform future decisions.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering HR, diversity, inclusion, OD and/or Change programs. You will be comfortable thriving in a multifaceted environment, project managing numerous projects and initiatives at one time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate large, senior groups and navigate and influence teams through ambiguous and complex objectives
  • Exposure to virtual and social learning platforms and tools
  • Broad knowledge of group process skills - eg. active listening, conflict resolution, decision-making and direct communication
  • Ability to think outside the norm and bring a creative lens to all processes and programs
