Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver successful programmes within our Mid Market client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to partner with organisations of 500-2000 employees, providing outstanding levels of service and helping clients achieve adoption and high utilisation in their engagement platform offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Mid Market clients, understanding their people and business goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Improve programme success through consultation, strategy development, and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional solutions, collaborating with colleagues to develop and secure these opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager to develop account plans, strengthen client retention rates, and optimise the expansion pipeline and conversion.
  • Retain clients' revenue by developing strategies to avoid risks and renew contracts.
  • Plan and implement engagement strategies, including communications plans, to improve employee engagement, usage, and adoption of all client products.
Requirements:
  • A good level of experience in proactive and strategic B2B client relationships or client service roles, with strong internal and external relationship building skills.
  • An ability to communicate complex client challenges effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, coupled with proven delivery against client retention and client revenue growth targets.
  • Previous experience of presenting programme solutions to groups of end users.
