About You:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field.

Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  1. Be the go-to guru for clients, guiding them through their journey with our solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse clients, understanding their business goals and how our solutions can accelerate their success.
  3. Work closely with client tech teams to relay feedback and influence the future roadmap of our solutions.
  4. Lead onboarding sessions, educational webinars, and one-on-one check-ins to ensure clients are happy, engaged, and informed.
