The Client Success Partner role is a key position within our organization.

This individual will be responsible for driving client adoption, retention, and growth by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

They will use strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes.

The Client Success Partner will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Client Success Plans.

As a Fenergo product expert and advisor, they will drive client success and identify and share qualified expansion opportunities with Sales.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer-facing roles is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of measurably impacting customer results.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Project management expertise and risk management experience are also required.
  • A deep understanding of Client Success metrics and SaaS economics is necessary.
