Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Client Success Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, driving retention, renewals, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and anticipate their needs
  • Drive adoption of solutions through proactive strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding and support
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell and partner with colleagues to close deals
  • Monitor client health and proactively resolve issues
  • Gather insights from clients to support product development and innovation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management
  • A background in financial services, fraud, or identity solutions is highly desirable
  • Experience with SaaS technology solutions and CRM tools is essential
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are required
  • A results-driven approach with a team player mindset is essential
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as operations and product development
