Supervisor Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Liaison Officer to join our team at the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
The successful candidate will be responsible for advocating for the individual and collective needs of GP supervisors participating in the RACGP training programs. This will involve supporting supervisors within the training program, providing guidance and direction as an experienced peer, and liaising with and maintaining ongoing relationships with the supervisor industry body, General Practice Supervisors Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general practice, excellent communication and advocacy skills, and a good knowledge of the training practice environment and the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the individual and collective needs of GP supervisors participating in the RACGP training programs.
- Support supervisors within the training program, providing guidance and direction as an experienced peer.
- Liaise with and maintain ongoing relationships with the supervisor industry body, General Practice Supervisors Australia.
- Work with management to inform quality improvements relevant to the practice environment.
