Compliance Liaison Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Liaison Officer to join our team at Respect Aged Care. As a key member of our quality and risk management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Chief Quality and Risk Officer in the resolution of complaints and feedback from consumers and clients.
- Assist in the development of positive and collaborative working relationships with team members and internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify, escalate and manage clinical and operational risks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and risk management practices.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of the Aged Care Standards, Specified Care and Service Principles of the Aged Care Act, Documentation Standards, Residents Rights, Aged Care Funding Instrument and other relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practices.
- High level ability to utilise information management and computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
