Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly data collection, processing, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across global client engagements.
  • Coordinate with client contacts and offices worldwide to deliver integrated reporting for tax, payroll, and social security compliance.
  • Analyse multi-source compensation data, build dashboards, and implement automation tools to streamline high-volume data workflows.
  • Participate in strategic client meetings, manage daily communications, and contribute to onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Help expand services across regions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with the regional network to build capability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years' experience in global mobility, employment tax, or related fields — ideally within professional services or internal HR/tax/finance teams.
  • Strong analytical and data handling skills — including experience with Excel formulas and interpreting data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills — essential for managing global stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy — critical for handling sensitive compensation and compliance data.
  • Process improvement mindset — with a willingness to innovate and use automation tools to enhance efficiency.
