A rare opportunity exists for a seasoned Workers Compensation professional to join our Melbourne team.
The Role:- Manage clients workplace risk programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Provide Outsourced Return to Work support services to diverse clients.
- Maintain comprehensive client data and update as necessary.
- Generate in-depth analytical reports for clients.
- Complete premium renewals and policy placements for national workers compensation insurance.
- Conduct premium forecasting.
- Maximise revenue from the existing client base through continuous analysis of client profitability and optimisation of group functions.
- Support business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities through cross-selling of complementary services.
- Prior experience in a workers compensation role or similar within an insurance or self-insurance environment.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of workers compensation claims principles and processes, ideally across multiple states.
- The ability to identify key policy/premium influencing factors and provide assistance to the claims process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients.
