Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at N-able Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring they achieve value from our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver regular value conversations to partners, focusing on N-able product offerings, industry trends, and corporate updates.
- Impact retention rates, increase product adoption, and ensure customers use N-able best practices and leverage our support resources.
- Drive awareness of the N-able suite of product offerings and identify new opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer value and resolve potential retention issues by acting as a customer advocate.
- A results-driven mindset, passion for excellence, and commitment to helping customers achieve their goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture long-term relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Ability to engage and excite an audience, training and educating customers on product features and best practices.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and goals, and align them with product offerings.
