We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Claims Coordinator in our Inclusive Employment Program.
About The RoleThe Claims Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate verification and compliance checks are completed for claims and wage subsidies across multiple regions. This includes building and maintaining effective relationships with participants and employers, managing evidence requirements, and monitoring work placements to achieve monthly targets.

We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications in Employment Services, Community Services, or other relevant areas. Previous experience in Employment Services, including exposure to outcome claims, wage subsidies, department systems, and post-placement support, will be highly regarded.
