">Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate relationships with local employers to create job opportunities for our clients">
- Support clients in identifying their skills and developing a plan to become job-ready">
- Deliver high-quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements">
- Enhance clients' employability through training and support referrals">
- Develop personalized job plans to guide clients towards clear employment pathways">
- Maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">Eligibility to work in Australia
">A current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
">A MyGovID (Standard level)
">Willingness to complete a National Police Check
">Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
">Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
