We are seeking a seasoned Project Marketing Director to spearhead the marketing efforts of our residential property projects.

About the Role
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated professional to take on a senior leadership role in project marketing, overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential property marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing project-based marketing activities, including lead acquisition and conversion, marketing asset production, and stakeholder management.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase brand awareness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of marketers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and executives, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in residential property marketing, with a strong understanding of the land lease market.
  • Proven track record of success in managing project-based marketing activities, including lead acquisition and conversion, marketing asset production, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
