Job Title: Organiser - Higher Education Sector
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Organiser to join our team. As an Organiser, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational growth, recruitment, and campaigning efforts across the higher education sector.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing targeted campaigns to increase membership and engagement
- Providing support to branches with administrative tasks and campaign coordination
- Collaborating on state-wide projects to strengthen union presence and advocacy
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A strong commitment to trade union growth and development
- Proven experience in campaigning, recruitment, and organising
- Digital literacy and skills in leveraging digital tools for engagement
