Senior Principal Consultant Position

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a trusted advisor for higher education institutions. As a senior principal consultant, you will guide clients through complex software implementations and upgrades.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead consulting engagements for software implementations and upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee client requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams as the primary point of contact for delivery.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative culture focused on client success and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain consulting artefacts, templates, and presentations to support regional delivery services.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship on implementation strategies, industry best practices, and global delivery methodologies.
  • Promote and ensure the adoption of global best practices in functional consulting across the region.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Oversee client relationship management, addressing issues and driving resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in consulting services, with at least 10 years in higher education student business office roles.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with similar platforms or modules.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead consulting teams, including performance management and professional development.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes and business operations in higher education.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and client communication.
  • Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, and presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, balancing chargeability with leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience working independently and remotely, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
