Job Summary
A Strategy Manager is needed to lead and oversee day-to-day operations of project teams, take ownership of project direction and outcomes, and manage client relationships in the higher education sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Australian higher education landscape, including university value drivers, operating environments and models, and the evolving competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading project management, including managing project financials and proactively identifying and addressing project risks.
- Managing client relationships and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders (DVC, C-suite).
- Leveraging strategy expertise to work collaboratively with clients to solve key business challenges.
About You:
The successful candidate will possess a tertiary degree with an outstanding academic record, as well as strategy consulting experience in a Tier 1 firm, boutique, or university strategy team. They will also have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and a track record of influencing outcomes and developing opportunities.
