About the Role

We seek a Senior Principal Consultant to drive transformative solutions in higher education. With deep expertise in Student Information Systems, this individual will lead teams and deliver projects that drive student success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consulting engagements for Student implementations and upgrades
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Develop and enhance consulting artefacts, templates, and presentations to support regional SaaS delivery services
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship on implementation strategies and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with Cloud Services and Software Development teams to localize enablement requirements and drive best practices across SaaS solution value chains
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in consulting services, with at least 10 years in higher education student business office roles
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Student SIS modules or similar platforms
  • Proven ability to manage and lead consulting teams, including performance management and professional development
  • Strong understanding of student lifecycle processes and business office operations in higher education
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and client communication
