We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Enterprise Account Executive for the Higher Education and University segment in Australia. The successful candidate will drive sales revenue and maintain key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Account Strategies: Implement effective account strategies to achieve sales objectives by understanding higher education opportunities, customer priorities, and procurement cycles.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales quotas by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities in the public sector.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate a matrixed account team, including Sales Consultants, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing teams, to drive pipeline growth and customer success.
  • Partnership Building: Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to enhance account and territory plans.
  • Customer Management: Track and manage customer and transaction information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting of pipeline and forecast.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a quota-carrying role.
  • Higher Education Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Higher Education and University segment, including current trends and challenges.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and coordination.
