Strategy Consultant Role

  • We are seeking a Strategy Manager to join our team.
  • The role involves leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of project teams and taking ownership of project direction and outcomes.
  • Responsibilities include managing client relationships in the higher education sector, leveraging strategy expertise, and leading project management.
  • Additional responsibilities involve assisting Directors and Partners with defining project scopes and requirements, identifying and pursuing new client opportunities, coaching junior team members, and contributing to thought leadership.

As a Strategy Manager, you will work across diverse industries across the Asia-Pacific, from ASX-listed companies to the public and social sectors. You will collaborate with experts across Deloitte and grow in a culture that values continuous development, mentorship, and work-life balance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A tertiary degree with an outstanding academic record.
  • Strategy consulting experience in a Tier 1 firm, boutique, or university strategy team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with mature judgment.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders (DVC, C-suite).
  • Proven team leadership, mentoring, and people management capabilities.
