This role focuses on the QLD Façade industry, aiming to make our customers more productive, safe, and sustainable. As an Account Manager, you will have direct customer contact with the existing customer base and a proactive role in identifying new customers.
About the Job- The primary objective of this position is to create value through long-term, profitable relationships with clients in the QLD Façade industry.
- You will be responsible for building relationships, managing time and territory, and representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
- This role requires strong negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills to achieve sales productivity by zone territory.
- Relationship Building: You will meet with customers daily to capture business opportunities and create value through long-term, profitable relationships.
- Time and Territory Management (TTM): Create a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
- Be a Hilti Champion: Carry technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
- Tracking Progress: Utilize Salesforce to record interactions and reporting is a key part of this role.
- Experience: Experience in the Construction and Façade industry is advantageous.
- Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in engineering or architecture is highly desirable.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or customer-facing role.
- Solution Selling and Customer-Centric Approach: Solution selling and customer-centric approach.
- Australian Driver's License: A valid Australian driver's license.
- Salesforce Experience: Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is desirable.
- Independence and Discipline: Motivated and capable of working independently, managing your own call cycle.
- Negotiation and Influencing Abilities: Strong discipline, with the ability to manage accounts remotely and build relationships.
- Planning Skills: Proven negotiation and influencing abilities with advanced planning skills.
