About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Account Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills, experience in sales administration, and a passion for building relationships with customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and retain existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyse sales data and identify trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers via phone and email, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Suggest products and services that meet customer needs, increasing sales revenue and driving business growth.
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Provide support to the on-road sales team, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong people skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in sales administration, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
