Key Account Manager Job Description
  • Represent the company with integrity and build trusted relationships with internal and external partners to shape perceptions of the business.
  • Deliver outstanding service, offering tailored solutions to help customers achieve return on investment and become brand advocates.
  • Stay informed on products, services, and market trends to educate and add value for customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer needs related to Autotrader Group.
  • Grow pipeline, leverage network, and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor site performance, complete quarterly visit cycles, maintain service levels, and pitch full product suite based on client needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in key account management or solution-based sales.
  • Clear and confident communicator with ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service and sales results.
  • Skilled in organisation, negotiation, and influence.
  • Confident presenter across face-to-face, video, and phone.
  • Data-driven, using insights to guide decisions.
  • Self-starter mindset with adaptability, motivation, and team spirit.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
