**Regional Customer Manager Opportunity**About the roleAs a Regional Customer Manager, you will lead customer relationships across QLD, Northern NSW, and the Mid North Coast. This is a key leadership role responsible for building, growing, and retaining strong partnerships while ensuring every customer enjoys a premium experience.You'll work closely with national sales, technical, and customer teams to deliver seamless support, drive commercial outcomes, and champion our brand in the region.This role involves:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing regional teams, while supporting customer service and technical teams to deliver excellent service
  • Building and managing meaningful customer relationships, focusing on growth, retention, and long-term partnership
  • Collaborating with sales and commercial teams to achieve regional sales and profitability targets
  • Developing joint business plans with customers and conducting regular reviews to maximise opportunities
  • Supporting the implementation of national brand and marketing campaigns at a regional level
  • Shaping and executing regional commercial strategies, budgets, and growth plans in line with national goals
  • Championing a positive, safe, and values-driven team culture across QLD
This is a full-time role based in Brisbane, with regular travel across the region.**What We're Looking For**We're looking for a confident people leader and relationship builder who thrives in a customer-focused, commercial environment.   • Experience in sales, account, or regional management, ideally within hospitality or FMCG
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and grow teams
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, sales performance and reporting
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with cross-functional teams nationally
