Job Opportunity

The company is seeking a Change Analyst to support the business through transformational change, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed and equipped with relevant tools and skills.

This role will be responsible for scoping, developing, and delivering change impact assessments, learning needs analysis, readiness (deployment) assessments, and training plans as required.

  • Provide change advice and support to stakeholders for deployment change readiness.
  • Support the Program Change Lead and the Program Lead in executing the change management plan, and manage all change activities necessary for program success.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative approach.
  • Coordinate efforts with the Program Team and stakeholders to roll out the change.
  • Monitor change progress and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change across the organization.

Required Skills & Specialisms:

  • An experienced change analyst/change manager who has successfully delivered change management activities in a transformational context.
  • Ability to engage, lead, and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to deliver change outcomes.
  • Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver on agreed objectives.
