Drive Transformational Change as a Strategic Program Manager

This pivotal role is at the forefront of advancing our Defence partnership and the development of the Logical Innovation Precinct. As a Strategic Program Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary projects across Defence and Wodonga TAFE, supporting the Head of Innovation in driving transformational change.

You'll play a key role in building project management capability, managing resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance our reputation for delivering innovation and emerging capabilities and technologies into training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex projects for Defence, TTS, and Wodonga TAFE
  • Develop and implement project management systems and capability
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate high-quality submissions for new opportunities such as tenders and grants
  • Deliver on strategic and innovative projects leading a team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in project management
  • Extensive experience in managing large and complex projects
  • Australian Citizenship to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
  • Desirable: Experience in successful management and implementation of non-material service projects in tertiary education and training
