Reporting to the Change & Communications Lead, responsibilities include managing program queries, stakeholder engagement, supporting events, and contributing to reports and surveys to ensure smooth digital transformation across MACS.Please note: this is a two-year fixed-term role.WHAT YOU WILL DOCoordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and engagement sessions with stakeholders.Maintain the Change Project Plan in Microsoft Project and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy of timelines, dependencies, and milestones.Prepare and review change reports, engagement summaries, and status updates.Manage change tasks in JIRA, aligning with project timelines and owners.Work with the Communications Lead to manage the central Program inbox, triaging, responding, escalating, and organizing communications.ABOUT YOUExperience in Change Management, PMO, or project delivery environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate logisticsProficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is desirableSkills in designing communication assets like banners, posters, newsletters, and digital content; experience with Adobe Illustrator or Canva is highly regardedProficiency in SharePoint content management, including maintaining libraries, layouts, and permissionsHOW TO APPLYRefer to the position description for details and Key Selection Criteria.Click APPLY to submit your application.
