As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you'll be part of our team that delivers exceptional service to our guests. You'll be responsible for greeting and escorting customers to their tables, preparing beverages to a high standard, serving food in a professional and timely manner, and highlighting promotions and daily specials to customers.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Greet and escort customers to their tables
  • Prepare beverages (hot, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic) to a high standard
  • Serve food in a professional and timely manner
  • Highlight promotions and daily specials to customers
  • Provide meal and/or beverage pairing recommendations upon request
  • Maintain the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Work with and support colleagues to offer a smooth service to our customers

What We Need from You

  • Previous experience in a similar Food and Beverage role or customer service role
  • Highly motivated and genuinely loves to interact with a variety of different people
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Be able to work across a 7-day rotating roster
  • Have the legal right to work in Australia
  • Be willing and able to meet the WA Government's requirements for working in a hospitality premises
