The Role

We are seeking a Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Pan Pacific Hotels Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Talent Profile

About You:

  • You are enthusiastic about customer service and tourism.
  • You are able to work shifts across all days (morning, evening, and overnight).
  • You possess a warm, friendly, and professional manner towards all clients and guests.
  • You have impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
  • You have exceptional customer service and rapport-building skills and the ability to liaise with guests.
  • Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential.
  • You have a good understanding of hotel property management systems (preferably INFRASYS).
  • You possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
