Job Title: Food & Beverage Attendant

At AccorHotel, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests in our food and beverage outlets.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including basic beverage preparation and operating a point of sale system.
  • Manage guest accounts and ensure accurate settlement of all transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the events team to set up and break down events, including service across multiple function rooms and event spaces.
  • Assist in promoting Mercure Perth and driving revenue within our food and beverage outlets.
Requirements:
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Working rights within Australia.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or conference setting.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple outlets and shifts, including public holidays.
